We’re looking for an exception individual who wants to change how people see themselves and others. By working on our product, you’ll help others raise the quality for people who need to be heard and seen. The role is predominantly tailored to Frontend development.

General Accountabilities


  • Developing maintaining and optimising different features of the Retorio platform
  • Collaborating with other teams (e.g., design, sales, or service) to better understand how customer input can be translated into solution


  • Support other developers in the implementation process; through code review, pair programming sessions, and spontaneous knowledge sharing.
  • Build integrations with other systems (e.g., Workable, Personio)

  • Spontaneous solving unexpected bugs

  • Strong javascript fundamentals and Nodejs, experience with relational databases like postgreSQL, comfortable working with our current tech stack.


Job Qualifications

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.

  • ITSM foundation training required.


Experience:

  • 3+ years of IT experience.

  • NodeJS, Typescript, React, Chakra UI, Next.js

  • PostgreSQL, Prisma

  • Firebase Auth, Cloud Functions

  • Google Cloud Platform + Vercel


Professional Skills


  • Fluent English language skills required: verbal and written communication.

  • Experience working with multicultural teams and customers.

  • Self-motivated and disciplined.

  • Excellent meeting facilitation skills, including teleconference and web conference.

  • Ability to make decisions and resolve incidents.

  • Ability to explain technical concepts to Management, team members and customers.


  • Participate in a rotating 24/7 on-call schedule responding to critical issues.
